What is the Learn English Online (LEO) program?
The Learn English Online (LEO) program was created to help you learn English or improve the language skills you already have through the Internet on your Smartphone, tablet or computer on days and at times that are most convenient for you.
How does it work?
Skype Sessions: These 1-on-1, 45-minute sessions will include speaking/pronunciation, grammar, reading comprehension, presentations, exams and much more based on your specific goals.
Homework: Each week, you will receive homework via email or Skype that will be based on the lessons during your Skype sessions.
Progress Reports: Each month, you will receive a report of your progress. It will include information on your strengths as well as recommendations for improving those areas where you need some extra help.
How do I connect with my teacher?
To connect with your teacher, please create a Skype account or sign onto your account if you already have one. Then, please send us an email at edunation2011@gmail.com with your Skype Name and we will send you an invitation to connect via Skype. Once you accept the invitation, we are connected and we are ready to begin.
What forms of payment can I use?
Paypal is the most popular payment option currently available. Once you are ready to pay, detailed payment instructions will be provided.
Can I purchase more than 1 lesson at a time?
Yes. In fact, when you buy a package of several lessons, you save money.
Do you offer discounts or incentives? Yes, our packages are designed so that the more lessons you buy, the less you pay per lesson. We also have a rewards program where you can earn extra lessons for referring other students depending on what they buy.
How much does it cost? What do I get?
The fee for each 1-on-1, 45-minute session includes all homework/exams/other materials forwarded independent of the work done during the Skype sessions.
We also have packages of 10 and 20 lessons available. Please let us know which package you prefer and we will forward a confidential rate.
How do I join the Learn English Online (LEO) program?
You decide:
1. if you would like to take one lesson or many lessons.
2. the number of lessons you would like to have per week.
3. the day/s and time/s you would like to meet with a teacher via Skype.

While your payment is being processed, we will send you a student questionnaire and an assessment.Do not worry – there are no wrong answers. The assessment will simply help us evaluate your level and the questionnaire consists of a few questions, which will further assist us in preparing your customized program of study.
How can I re-schedule or cancel my lesson/s?
To re-schedule a lesson, please contact us at edunation2011@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled time and date of the lesson.
To withdraw from the Learn English Online (LEO) program, please contact us at edunation2011@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled time and date of the next lesson.The subject of your email should be: Refund Request. We will process your refund within 7 business days.
